Cost Consult Ltd was established by John Gallagher in May 2018 to provide a quality service for both clients and contractors alike. Originally from the UK, John has been in the construction industry for over 25 years, both in the UK and New Zealand and has worked both as a Professional Quantity Surveyor and Contractors Quantity Surveyor. He has extensive knowledge across all forms of construction from residential and renovation through to commercial and industrial. Cost Consult specialises in budget estimates, tender preparation, project financial control, programming and contractual advice.
